RECENT SCAM: If you receive an automated phone call stating that your debit/ATM card is deactivated, it is not a legitimate call from the Bank. Bank of Labor will NEVER contact you via an automated phone call/request to inform you that your debit or ATM card is deactivated. If you receive such a call, please hang up the phone. Do not enter your debit card number or any other confidential information about yourself. Do not call the phone number provided by the generic message. If you have any further questions, please call (913) 321-4242. These communications are not from Bank of Labor! Never give out any information that the Bank already has if you are contacted by phone, text message, or email.
